“ALWERO” owned by Aleksandra and Roman Machelski was set up in 1999 as a small enterprise manufacturing sheep’s fleece products. The company expanded rapidly, which was achieved thanks to our persistence, devotion and direct contact with customers, who showed us directions. Today these factors are still crucial for strengthening our position on the market. Among the features spearheading all activities undertaken in the Company are the following:

At present, ALWERO brand name has become a synonymous term with therapeutic wool products and high quality at an affordable price. We take great care to continually convince all those who have already had an opportunity to use our products that the above is really true. Furthermore, we lay heavy emphasis on continual development and self-improvement. These activities brought about desired results in the form of favourable opinions and certificates.
For all activities undertaken by us, customer’s satisfaction is given the highest priority. To this effect all our employees are made aware that their work must lead to providing the customer with such a product they themselves would like to be given and that the impression a customer will form as a consequence of his/her cooperation with us will have a direct impact on the company’s future, i.e. employees’ own future.
Bearing it all in mind, we are very careful about selecting our staff and then training them. We create opportunities for development for all those who contribute to the development and improvement of the processes taking place in the company.
Our direct target at this stage, above all, is to maintain the existing rate of growth and direction, extend the list of regular customers who place orders not only in autumn and winter season. In perspective we would like to broaden the range of sales to EU as well as to countries of Eastern Europe.
